Visitation Policy: For the health and safety of the puppies, we are not open to the public. This policy is in the best interest of the puppies, to keep them safe from communicable diseases. Puppy Pick-up Policy: Please note that we do NOT ship. You must be willing to drive to our home in Suffolk, Virginia to pick up your puppy on Puppy Pick Up Day, normally after your puppy turns 8 weeks old. Pickup time is done in a group and the time is SHARP. Because we are a family with children, we ask that there be NO early arrivals.

We believe so strongly in good nutrition that we will automatically extend your puppy's health warranty to 3 years if you feed Paw Tree. We have found that all puppies and adults thrive on this food, which is made and sourced in the United States in small batches and sold directly to clients. This has the advantage of the company being able to alert you immediately if there is a problem with their food.

All of our pet puppies are placed on a legally binding contract that requires the dog be desexed by a licensed veterinarian by eight (8) months of age. By signing below, you agree that all information that you have provided is truthful. You understand that Lumar Australian Labradoodles has the right to refuse to sell a puppy at any time before this contract is fully executed. We reserve the right to retain any puppy for our breeding program. You understand that unfortunate events, such as miscarriage, loss of a puppy, or smaller than expected litters can occur. We reserve the right to use a different stud for any breeding at our discretion and this does not qualify you for a refund of your deposit. You also understand that "Hypoallergenic pets" are breeds of pet animals that are less likely to trigger allergic reactions in people who are sensitized to the pet species. No pet is completely allergy free, only less likely to induce an allergic reaction. We will contact you with approval and request your retainer after we review your application. Retainers are non-refundable at the request of the applicant. Retainers may be returned at anytime at the discretion of the breeder. Applicants and breeder all agree that any return of retainer means that any and all verbal or implied agreements to sell a puppy to that applicant are then terminated.
